“Karate begins and ends with respect.” — Mas Oyama
Shihan Gaby Dojo is a private, non-profit Kyokushin Karate dojo dedicated to preserving the original spirit of the art. Training is guided by discipline, respect, and responsibility — not by financial interest.
Training is offered free of charge as a privilege. Admission is selective and based on character and commitment.
Training at Shihan Gaby Dojo is founded on three inseparable pillars of Kyokushin.
Kihon establishes correct stances, posture, breathing, balance, and power. It forms the physical and mental foundation of all Kyokushin technique.
Kata preserves the knowledge of Kyokushin through structured movement. It develops precision, discipline, focus, and controlled application of technique.
Self-defense teaches responsible application. It emphasizes awareness, control, and protection — never aggression.
Shihan Gaby began his Kyokushin journey in 1998, committing to the art as a lifelong discipline rather than a sport or business.
All senior Dan gradings were completed internationally in accordance with traditional Kyokushin standards.
He has participated in more than sixteen international training camps and has trained in Japan multiple times to deepen his understanding at the source of Kyokushin.
The dojo exists to transmit Kyokushin honestly, responsibly, and without commercial influence.
